YOU NEED TO BE REGISTERED AND THROUGH THE GATES 30 MINUTES BEFORE DERBY, NOT JUST IN LINE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE DERBY!!

PRE REGISTRATION DATES LISTED BELOW

Entry fee is $35 if you pre-register by deadline or $50 if you register after deadline or at gate. Pit passes will be $20. Bring ID’s. Pre-registration deadline is June 1st for the June derby, August 20th for both fair derbies. You do not have to send money, just send entry form with complete information. Pay entry fees and pit passes at registration booth. Send completed entry form to Bruce Scheider, 13100 Carlberg Rd, Grantsburg, WI 54840 or drop off at Kozy Kitchen.

Pit gates will open 3 hours before start of derbies. Gates will close 30 minutes before start time. Registration and pit passes will end at that time. You must be in the pits by that time even if you are pre-registered. Pit meeting will start 15 minutes before start time. We will be sticking with this schedule in order to get derbies started on time.

Pay close attention to the rules!! In order to work toward our goal of a fair chance for everyone that enters our derbies, we will be enforcing the rules tightly. If you don’t meet the rules, you will have to make modifications or you won’t run. What passes at another derby may not pass our rules. There have not been too many changes.
